While deciding on the budget to buy a house most buyers thinks of the monthly mortgage payment. See to it that the lines of the houses are straight. The wall paint must not peel. The sidewalk around the house must be in good shape. See the window and doors frames are strong and there is no crack in the plaster above the door frames. The of the house must be also viewed. The stair must not appear shakes. See if water gets deposited on the kitchen or the bathroom floor. Are water pipes, tubes and basins particularly in the kitchen and bathroom, in good shapes? See the attic or crawl space. Is there insulation? Make sure there are no air leaks or poor ventilation. Feel the water pressure. Does the water smell? If the home uses city water or its own well? Does the light work properly? Are the fuse box or circuit breaker okay? While buying houses this thing are checked thoroughly. Houses purchased without adequate internal external check may add to the hidden cost of the owner.
